Not that this would come as a suprise to anyone who watches SportsCenter at the crack of pre-dawn (or any other time, really), but observe the following quote from Chris “I am a one-trick pony” Berman:
“Rooting for Brett Favre is like rooting for America”.
Um, right.
Brett, will you please lower my taxes and let gay people get married?
Chris Berman was done ten years ago.
ESPN has built themselves into quite a being: completely unwatchable, but completely necessary.

I can’t remember the last time I rooted for America. Operation Desert Storm, perhaps? Seven year olds sure don’t know much about geopolitics.
